Intercultural Awareness and Intercultural Competence
The focus in these trainings is on building intercultural skills and competence. They can be designed
as a Workshop (intensive discussions and interaction, by means of practical exercises) or a Seminar (interactive lectures with active integration of the participants and moderated discussions) depending on the requirements of your
organisation.
The contents include
The trainings take place in-house and in small groups - a maximum of 12 participants. This allows me to provide you with a tailor-made concept as well as to offer
intensive individual support to the participants and address specific questions that may arise. I also work with German colleagues as needed to ensure that both cultural viewpoints are taken into
consideration during the course of the training session.
