Intercultural Coaching

Intercultural Coaching supports you in challenging intercultural situations. It is important to note, however, that intercultural doesn't mean only situations where different nationalities are involved, although that is the main context. It could be any situation where different values, norms and traditions come in contact with each other, leading to misunderstandings and difficulties in communication.

As an intercultural coach, I help you to actively expand your knowledge and competencies and develop the skills needed to find and implement appropriate solutions. I would be very happy to advise you personally.
