The main aim of the Mexico training is to develop a country-specific competence for Mexico as well as optimise cooperation with Mexican business partners.

You will learn to understand the mindset and behaviour, perceive the cultural differences and similarities between the German and Mexican business cultures and make optimal use of synergy potential. Another aspect is communication in professional and personal situations with Mexican business partners and colleagues.

The contents of the training include knowledge about the economy, politics, society and religion of Mexico as well as

• Dealing with cultural misunderstandings

 The training is a combination of a seminar and a workshop. Essential knowledge is combined with moderated discussions to create a strong foundation. This is then reinforced with many practical exercises such as simulations, role plays and case studies to provide a holistic approach and develop necessary skills.
