“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”

- Viktor E. Frankl

Coaching is a professional relationship in which a coach supports and guides a client or coachee in their personal development. In the words of John Whitmore, coaching is helping people to learn rather than teaching them. The main premise of coaching is that everyone carries the keys for the resolution of their problems within themselves. The aim of coaching therefore is to enable the coachee or client to reflect upon and clarify the challenging situation, identify their own competencies, strengths and resources, identify the actions needed and finally to implement them. Coaching focuses on solutions for the present and future.

As a coach, I see myself as a facilitator rather than a teacher and my coachee as an equal partner in the coaching process. My function is to support you by applying various tools and techniques in order to help you gain clarity about your situation as well as new insights about possible solutions. By providing you with shifts in perspective and objective feedback, I help you to not only recognise and apply your own strengths, but also to optimise your potential, both in your personal as well as your professional life.

Here is a short overview of the coaching services that I offer, for individuals as well as small groups. The language of communication is usually German or English, but Spanish and Hindi are also possible on request. I would be very happy to advise you personally.
